If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Some returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For any questions please email: support@echoclubhouse.com

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item please allow your return package to be received and processed before you new package ships out.

**All sale items, leotards, make up products, masks, socks & other legwear, swimwear and intimates are FINAL SALE.

Echoclubhouse.com recommends you send back your return with insurance. Then you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Please keep in mind it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

For all orders, please make sure the shipping address is correct.  We are not responsible for lost or missing packages with incorrect shipping information. 

USA

When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 1-3 days to be processed and shipped.  Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping? 
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and orders over $75 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

We do offer UPS, which is based on your order and location, and can be chosen at checkout.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please email support@echoclubhouse.com if you are interested in Express shipping.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive? 
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 1 to 4 business days depending on your proximity to Los Angeles. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.  

**If you spend over $75 you qualify for free US shipping.  The $75 total does not reflect taxes, fees or applicable discounts.  Please note however that sometimes items are on back order and can take 1-3 days for us to process.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? 
Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1.213.742.1726 or support@echoclubhouse.com with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.  Please note: Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update!

 

CANADA

How long will it be before my order is shipped? 
Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

What do you charge for shipping an order? 
Shipping charges to Canada are a flat rate of $22 per order. Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.

Can I expedite my shipping? 
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping to Canada at this time.

How do I track my package? 
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by Canada Post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com. Once your package enters Canada, you can track it at www.canadapost.ca for more in-depth information.

Will there be duties and taxes due on my order when it is delivered? 
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

To which countries do you ship? 
Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint Kitts and Nevis Anguilla, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).

What if my country is not listed?
If you have a verified PayPal account, we can ship your order to your PayPal shipping address. Please email the following information to support@echoclubhouse.com: Your complete and accurate shipping address, Your phone number, Your PayPal email address, The names and sizes of the products you would like to order.

What do you charge for shipping an order?
International shipping is a flat rate of $35. Some orders may be assigned additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. International orders over $200 do ship for free. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.  *Please note, there may be additional shipping charges for heavy or large orders.

Can I expedite my international order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.

How do I track my package? 
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the USPS website to find any tracking information available for your package.

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In order to keep prices low we do not insure our packages, if in the unfortunate circumstance your order is lost or stolen we recommend you reach out to USPS or UPS to figure out the next best step.



We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office or UPS carrier. After that, it is out of our control & are not responsible for filing claims.
