When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping? 
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your SwayChic order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer care if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive? 
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following day. For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? 
Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1.213.749.9686 or [email protected] with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.

What are the shipping charges for using the UPS Return Label? 
Please refer to our Return Policy page. How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed? If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 1.213.749.9686 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped UPS charges an $11 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

CANADA

How long will it be before my order is shipped? 
Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

What do you charge for shipping an order? 
Shipping charges to Canada are a flat rate of $22 per order. Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.

Can I expedite my shipping? 
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping to Canada at this time.

How do I track my package? 
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by Canada Post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com. Once your package enters Canada, you can track it at www.canadapost.ca for more in-depth information.

Will there be duties and taxes due on my order when it is delivered? 
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What if my country is not listed?
If you have a verified PayPal account, we can ship your order to your PayPal shipping address. Can I expedite my international order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.

How do I track my package? 
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the USPS website to find any tracking information available for your package.

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

*All sales items, leotards and under garments are final sale. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.

Swaychic.com recommends you send back your return with insurance.Then you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Please keep in mind it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Since many of our items sell out very fast, we offer express exchanges to ensure we still have your item and size in stock. Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange and we'll waive the shipping fee.
