When will my order ship? Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping? Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping? Unfortunately, not at this time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in Express shipping.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive? Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following day. For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Will there be duties and taxes due on my order when it is delivered? Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
What happens if I refuse the package? If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
